Not for solo females Liked: Nothing Disliked: They took my payment and were not even available to assist me or let me in. I contacted them immediately. They didn't answer, not did they refund me. Luckily it was only 1 night that they stole from me. I would recommend a different hotel especially as a single female traveler

Great room and huge space. But pool was filthy Liked: I love the huge space provided in the room and the restaurant prices were amazing. They have this meal deal where you get soup, entree with drink, and desert for under $9- plus the food was delicious. Staff was great!1 Disliked: The POOL!!!! The pool was cloudy, dirty and needed to be cleaned. When you asked them to clean it or if anyone has, they told me oh, the pool is fine. They actually said it was clean. I was terrified by that answer because being that this is Cancun, surrounded by BEAUTIFUL crystal waters, and sparkling clean pools- you would think they know the difference between a clean pool and one that isnt. Which they don't. So for that, I wouldn't want to come back.

Disliked: Upon arrival, the room was provided in an utterly appalling, unsanitary state. The walls in the corners were covered in thick black toxic mold with a horrible damp smell, the toilet and bathroom had leftover hair and dirt, and the amenities (like the hairdryer) were rusted and filthy. After complaining at the front desk, an alternative room was provided. While the second room was slightly cleaner, the initial shock, the severe health hazard, and the total lack of basic hygiene completely ruined the experience. Save your health and your money. Do not stay here.
